The jig arrived with a missing runner, so the workpiece could not be passed through the router bit. Cheap plastic. Very poor item. Dont buy from Rockler!

I’ll give it one star for concept. My biggest issue is the inability of the sides to move smoothly or at all. This has been mentioned in previous ratings. The rubber washers under the hold downs don’t help the cause and replacing with metal ones didn’t help. I sanded all “flash” from the molding process and lubricated slightly to no avail. Perhaps metal inserts at all sliding mating surfaces would resolve this but surely would not be cost effective. I’m going to rebuild the tray portion, beef it up and make it work properly. I took a shot on a new product and shouldn’t have. Also, “T-slots” rather than routed grooves in the base would really help with stability.
