    We are getting lots of use out of the basketball hoop. Customer service quickly mailed us a small part we lost during set up.

    Great customer service!!!! got the basketball goal for my son for Christmas.. and one of the poles got Threw away While I was trying to put it together. So I called today to see how much it would be to get a replacement part and the lady said she was going to send it to me free of charge and it’s now on the way!!!! Appreciate everything you did for me today lifetime

    I bought a basketball court set up and unfortunately I lost 2 rod bolts so I called them to see if they can replace them and sure enough they replaced the bolts without a charge.
